Getting an Aerostich Roadcrafter Suit!

I’ve been watching eBay for the past 3-4 months looking for Aerostich Roadcrafter suits and I finally lucked out and got one! These suits run for $800 new and with the alterations that I would want it would run me an extra $100 at least. I talked with the folks over at Aerostich who were very helpful and I’m pretty confident that the suit will fit me well. I can only tell when I get it in the mail. The suit on eBay had the exact alterations I needed and was the right size too. I won the auction for $300 only so I saved myself $600 bucks! It is red, which is not ideal, but I’ll live with it for what I’m saving.

I’m flying to Chicago today so I’m having the suit shipped there so I can test it out right away. At least I don’t have to worry about packing my gear now because I want to ride when I’m back home. My dad has a Virago that I can ride.

Posts will be less frequent next week, but you can check out some older posts on my new and improved Ride Report page. I’ve made the content for each trip easier to read so you can find things more quickly.
